Documents Needed
Pakistani side: NICOP (National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis from NADRA), proof of overseas address, Pakistan bank account or Roshan Digital Account. For remote buying: Power of Attorney attested by Pakistani Embassy in your country.
Roshan Digital Account (RDA)
RDA allows NRPs to open Pakistani bank account online, transfer funds from abroad, invest in property/stocks/bonds, and repatriate profits in foreign currency. Tax benefit: 0% tax on profits from RDA-funded property. Available at HBL, MCB, Meezan, UBL, Allied Bank.
