All Karachi Realtor Association Oath Taking Ceremony – Bridging the Gap Among Karachi’s Real Estate Associations

All Karachi Realtor Association (AKRA) is the amalgamation of 13 real estate associations of Karachi and the purpose of this association is to highlight the issues faced by the real estate community.

The real estate associations included:

• Bahria Town Dealers Association (BTDA)
• GG3 Real Estate Dealers Association (Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Gulistan-e-Johar & Scheme 33)
• Malir Development Authority Realtors Association (MDARA)
• North Nazimabad Association of Real estate Agents (NNAREA)
• Taiser Real Estate Agents Association (TREAA)
• All Nazimabad Real Estate& Property Dealer Association
• Gulshan-e-Hadeed Real Estate Dealers Association
• Hosbay Real Estate Dealers Association

Earlier this year, a delegation of real estate agents met the Chief Minister of Sindh Murad Ali Shah to highlight the challenges of the real estate community and proposed some suggestions as well.

This event was one of a kind because all the real estate associations of Pakistan were invited including state officials. Notable personalities from the real estate sector took part in the event and appreciated the idea of inviting all real estate associations. This move is also being termed as the landmarks for transforming real estate sector into an industry that will benefit all the stakeholders. “AKRA will prove to be a stepping stone for transforming real estate sector into an industry where there will be equal opportunities for all and the problems faced by the realtors, be them big or small, could be addressed timely”, said one of the realtors.
