(Karachi – March 2019) A delegation of All Karachi Realtors Association met Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah at CM House on 9th March to discuss about the association and the challenges faced. The delegation included Muhammad Irfan Alam Chairman North Nazimabad Association of Real Estate Agent Association, Kashif Sagheer Chairman Malir Development Authority Realtors Association, Faisal Sheikh President Taiser Town Real Estate Association, Aqeel Ahmed President DHA City Realtors Association, Mustafizur Rehman President Gulshan-e-Iqbal Gulistan-e-Johar Scheme 33 Agent Association, and Rafeeq Hasrat President Federation of Realtors Pakistan.
The purpose of this meeting was to highlight the challenges faced by the realtors in the real estate and construction business in a detailed manner. CM Sindh Murad Ali Shah along with Minister Municipalities Saeed Ghani carefully listened to the delegation and ensured that all the problems will be addressed soon and the government will take all the required steps to make it happen. CM Sindh also directed Saeed Ghani to organize a meeting on 18th March at Sindh Secretariat where KDA, DLM, and DG Sindh Building Control should be present. In that meeting, the attendees should present suggestions for the comprehensive solution of Karachi’s real estate.
CM Sindh also urged the delegation to come up with suggestions in writing after consultation from all the members of the All Karachi Realtors Association and present them in the meeting where the action would be taken on the possible suggestions.
