Islamabad: According to the news sources, the government of Pakistan has rolled out loans amounting to Rs. 3.35 billion for the construction of 7,572 affordable homes across Pakistan under the Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme.
The government has allocated Rs. 5 billion to support low-income groups for the construction of their homes. Those families who cannot afford to construct their homes due to limited income can apply for a loan under this scheme. It should be mentioned here that people belonging to all parts of Pakistan can apply for this loan.
So far, the loan scheme under NPHP is doing exceptionally well. The recovery rate for these loans to date has been 100%. The amount recovered is being utilized to support more applicants.
اسلام آباد: خبررساں ذرائع کے مطابق حکومت پاکستان نے دس لاکھ روپے کے قرضوں کی بحالی کردی ہے۔ نیا پاکستان ہاؤسنگ اسکیم کے تحت پاکستان بھر میں 7،572 سستی مکانات کی تعمیر کے لئے 3.35 ارب روپے۔
حکومت نے مختص کردہ رقم 5 ارب ارب افراد جو گھروں کی تعمیر کے لئے کم آمدنی والے گروہوں کی مدد کریں گے۔ جو خاندان محدود آمدنی کی وجہ سے اپنے مکانات تعمیر نہیں کرسکتے وہ اس اسکیم کے تحت قرض کے لئے درخواست دے سکتے ہیں۔ یہاں یہ ذکر کرنا ضروری ہے کہ پاکستان کے تمام حصوں سے تعلق رکھنے والے افراد اس قرض کے لئے درخواست دے سکتے ہیں۔
اب تک ، اسکیم غیر معمولی طور پر بہتر کام کر رہی ہے۔ آج تک ان قرضوں کی وصولی کی شرح 100٪ رہی ہے۔ برآمد شدہ رقم کو زیادہ درخواست دہندگان کی مدد کے لئے استعمال کیا جارہا ہے۔
