Election for Federation of Realtors Pakistan 2019 – 2021

The election was between two groups i.e., United Realtors Group and Pioneer Realtors Group. Sardar Tahir Mehmood having election symbol ‘Falcon’ was running for president for the United Realtors Group against Musarrat Ejaz Khan having election symbol ‘Torch’ of the Pioneer Realtors Group. For the seat of senior vice president, Nadeem Ahmed Qureshi (South Zone Sindh & Baluchistan) and Shahid Mehmood (North Zone Punjab & KPK) of United Realtors Group were contesting against Syed Kashif Sagheer (South Zone Sindh & Baluchistan) and Javed Iqbal Khokhar (North Zone Punjab & KPK) of the Pioneer Realtors Group. For the voice president, Uzair Balooch (Federal Area), Najeeb Gull (Punjab), Muhammad Azeem (Sindh), Ali Akbar Afridi (KPK) and Asghar Khan Yousafzai (Baluchistan) of the United Realtors Group competed heavily against Muhammad Akram (Federal Area), M. Ahsan Malik (Punjab), S. M. Irfan Alam (Sindh), Dr. Mehrab Gull Bangash (KPK) and Ameer Hamza (Baluchistan) of the Pioneer Realtors Group.

A total of 28 votes were cast and both the parties got 14 votes. As a result, the final results could not be announced.  It will be interesting to see as to what policies will be adopted by the management after this tie.

All the participants later appreciated the remarkable coverage of the event by ilaan and they showed their keen interest in working more with it in the future. This just showed that the participants all came together in unison to vote for the better future of the real estate industry in Pakistan. The participants had met each other with a warm heart and welcomed the results with open arms.
