Work on the Karachi Master Plan-2047 underway

The quality of services and work of KDA for Karachi was recognized at the national level. Currently, several initiatives have been taken to develop the necessary infrastructure required to support the K-4 project.

The construction of the Surjani Market will be executed near the 4K intersection, Surjani Town. This project will immensely benefit the business since more than 2000 shops, showrooms, parks, gyms, amusement parks, and mosques will be constructed.

The allottees of Surjani Town have been advised to take over possession of their land and start the construction of the houses, which will create employment opportunities for the locals. Lastly, while referring to the BRT project, DG KDA said that many buses were already running under the Green Line project, while more buses had arrived for the Orange Line as well. Work on the Red Line will commence soon.

کراچی کے لیے کے ڈی اے کی خدمات اور کام کے معیار کو قومی سطح پر تسلیم کیا گیا۔ فی الحال، K-4 منصوبے کی مدد کے لیے درکار بنیادی ڈھانچے کی ترقی کے لیے کئی اقدامات کیے گئے ہیں۔
سرجانی مارکیٹ کی تعمیر 4K انٹرسیکشن، سرجانی ٹاؤن کے قریب کی جائے گی۔ اس منصوبے سے کاروبار کو بہت فائدہ ہوگا کیونکہ 2000 سے زائد دکانیں، شو رومز، پارکس، جم، تفریحی پارکس اور مساجد تعمیر کی جائیں گی۔
سرجانی ٹاؤن کے الاٹیوں کو مشورہ دیا گیا ہے کہ وہ اپنی زمین پر قبضہ کر لیں اور مکانات کی تعمیر شروع کریں جس سے مقامی لوگوں کے لیے روزگار کے مواقع پیدا ہوں گے۔ آخر میں بی آر ٹی منصوبے کا ذکر کرتے ہوئے ڈی جی کے ڈی اے نے کہا کہ گرین لائن منصوبے کے تحت بہت سی بسیں پہلے ہی چل رہی ہیں جبکہ اورنج لائن کے لیے مزید بسیں بھی پہنچ چکی ہیں۔ ریڈ لائن پر کام جلد شروع ہو جائے گا۔
