Work on 10 Housing Schemes to start in Raiwind: CM Buzdar

A video link meeting was held under the chairmanship of Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Bazdar in which the progress on the project of construction of low-cost housing was reviewed.

The Chief Minister said that the Punjab government has identified 133 places across the province under Prime Minister Imran Khan's low-cost housing scheme.

In the first phase, 54 places have been selected. Work on 32 places will be started on a priority basis. Prime Minister Imran Khan will soon launch this historic project at 10 locations simultaneously in the Raiwind area of ​​Lahore.

The Punjab Government has provided Rs. 3 billion for the development works of this program. The size of the house has been increased from 3 marlas to 3and a half marlas.

The applicant will pay Rs. 143 thousand, the rest will be provided by the Bank of Punjab. The monthly installment of the house will be about Rs. 10 thousand.

Houses will be handed over to the successful applicants. The work is going to start in 10 tehsils including Chiniot, Lahore, Dera Ghazi Khan, Khushab, Mianwali, Sargodha, Khanewal.

Talking on the occasion, Usman Bazdar said that there would be no retaliation against anyone in Punjab, and those who defer government orders have no right to remain in office.

وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب سردار عثمان بزدار کی زیرصدارت ایک ویڈیو لنک میٹنگ ہوئی جس میں کم قیمت پر رہائشی مکانات کی تعمیر کے منصوبے پر پیشرفت کا جائزہ لیا گیا۔

وزیر اعلی نے کہا کہ حکومت پنجاب نے وزیر اعظم عمران خان کی کم لاگت ہاؤسنگ اسکیم کے تحت صوبہ بھر میں 133 مقامات کی نشاندہی کی ہے۔

درخواست دہندہ 500 روپے ادا کرے گا۔ 143 ہزار ، باقی بینک آف پنجاب فراہم کرے گا۔ گھر کی ماہانہ قسط تقریبا 10 ہزار روپے ہوگی۔ ۔

مکانات کامیاب درخواست دہندگان کے حوالے کردیئے جائیں گے۔ چنیوٹ ، لاہور ، ڈیرہ غازیخان ، خوشاب ، میانوالی ، سرگودھا ، خانیوال سمیت 10 تحصیلوں میں کام شروع ہونے والا ہے۔

اس موقع پر گفتگو کرتے ہوئے عثمان بزدار نے کہا کہ پنجاب میں کسی کے خلاف انتقامی کارروائی نہیں کی جائے گی ، اور حکومتی احکامات کی خلاف ورزی کرنے والوں کو عہدے پر رہنے کا کوئی حق نہیں ہے۔
