Unplanned construction in Kaghan valley banned

According to the news sources, Deputy Commissioner Adnan Khan Bhittani imposed the restrictions through an order, announcing an immediate action against the delinquents.

According to the details, the notification said that the district administration had noticed that the construction of the commercial and non-commercial buildings going on unplanned in the Kaghan valley, plaguing its natural essence and charm.

“I do hereby prohibit and impose a ban on all sorts of construction being carried out in Kaghan valley without the prior no-objection certificate of the Kaghan Development Authority,” the official said in the order.

The order further said that the violator of the order would be liable to face punishment under section 188 of PPC.

خبر رساں ذرائع کے مطابق ڈپٹی کمشنر عدنان خان بھٹانی نے ایک حکم نامے کے ذریعے یہ پابندیاں عائد کرتے ہوئے مجرموں کے خلاف فوری کارروائی کا اعلان کیا۔
تفصیلات کے مطابق نوٹیفکیشن میں کہا گیا ہے کہ ضلعی انتظامیہ نے محسوس کیا ہے کہ وادی کاغان میں غیر منصوبہ بند کمرشل اور غیر تجارتی عمارتوں کی تعمیر اس کے قدرتی جوہر اور دلکشی کو ختم کر رہی ہے۔
افسر نے حکم نامے میں کہا، "میں یہاں کاغان ڈیولپمنٹ اتھارٹی کے پیشگی عدم اعتراض کے سرٹیفکیٹ کے بغیر وادی کاغان میں ہر قسم کی تعمیرات پر پابندی اور پابندی عائد کرتا ہوں۔"
حکم نامے میں مزید کہا گیا کہ حکم کی خلاف ورزی کرنے والے کو پی پی سی کی دفعہ 188 کے تحت سزا کا سامنا کرنا پڑے گا۔
