Traffic diversion plan announced for main Muharram processions: Karachi

The processions in connection with the martyrdom of Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA) will be taken out from Nishtar Park and terminate at the Imambargah Hussanian Iranian, Kharadar.

The traffic police have chalked out the traffic arrangements as under:

Muharram 8 — The procession will pass through Sir Shah Nawaz Bhutto Road, Father Jaminis Road, Mehfil-e-Shah Khurasan, MA Jinnah Road, Mansfield Street, Preedy Street, Tibet Chowk, MA Jinnah Road, Chand Bibi Chowk, Nishtar Road, Nigar Cinema, Altaf Hussain Road, Denso Hall, MA Jinnah Road, Kharadar police station and Bombay Bazaar to reach the imambargah.

The traffic will not be permitted to proceed along the route of the procession from Gurumandir. These vehicles will be diverted to Bahadur Yar Jang Road.

All the vehicular traffic coming from Shahrah-e-Quaideen will not be allowed to proceed towards Numaish, except those arriving for participating in the procession having stickers pasted on their windscreens issued from the traffic police, and will be diverted from the Society signal.

The traffic of MA Jinnah Road will not be allowed from Preedy Street, Aga Khan-III Road, and Mansfield Street to proceed towards Saddar.

No traffic will be allowed to pass MA Jinnah Road-Preedy Street junction until the procession has crossed the intersection.

All kind of traffic coming from the zoo and Aga Khan-III Road will be allowed till Anklesaria Hospital.

کراچی: کراچی ٹریفک پولیس نے 8 ، 9 اور 10 محرم کو ماتمی جلوسوں کے لیے ٹریفک ڈائیورژن پلان کا اعلان کیا ہے۔

حضرت امام حسین رضی اللہ عنہ کی شہادت کے سلسلے میں جلوس نشتر پارک سے نکالے جائیں گے اور امام بارگاہ حسینی ایرانی ، کھارادر میں اختتام پذیر ہوں گے۔

ٹریفک پولیس نے ٹریفک کے انتظامات کو ذیل میں ترتیب دیا ہے:
محرم 8-جلوس سر شاہ نواز بھٹو روڈ ، فادر جمینس روڈ ، محفل شاہ خراسان ، ایم اے جناح روڈ ، مین فیلڈ اسٹریٹ ، پریڈی اسٹریٹ ، تبت چوک ، ایم اے جناح روڈ ، چاند بی بی چوک ، نشتر روڈ ، نگار سے گزرے گا۔ سینما ، الطاف حسین روڈ ، ڈینسو ہال ، ایم اے جناح روڈ ، کھارادر تھانہ اور بمبئی بازار امام بارگاہ تک پہنچنے کے لیے۔

گرومندر سے جلوس کے راستے پر ٹریفک کو آگے بڑھنے کی اجازت نہیں ہوگی۔ ان گاڑیوں کو بہادر یار جنگ روڈ کی طرف موڑا جائے گا۔

شاہراہ قائدین سے آنے والی تمام گاڑیوں کی ٹریفک کو نمیش کی طرف جانے کی اجازت نہیں ہوگی ، سوائے اس کے کہ جلوس میں شرکت کرنے والے ٹریفک پولیس کی جانب سے جاری کردہ ونڈ اسکرینوں پر اسٹیکرز چسپاں کیے ہوئے ہوں ، اور انہیں سوسائٹی سگنل سے موڑ دیا جائے گا۔

ایم اے جناح روڈ کی ٹریفک کو پریڈی اسٹریٹ ، آغا خان III روڈ اور مین فیلڈ اسٹریٹ سے صدر کی طرف جانے کی اجازت نہیں ہوگی۔

کسی بھی ٹریفک کو ایم اے جناح روڈ پریڈی اسٹریٹ جنکشن سے گزرنے کی اجازت نہیں ہوگی جب تک کہ جلوس چوراہا عبور نہ کر لے۔

چڑیا گھر اور آغا خان III روڈ سے آنے والی ہر قسم کی ٹریفک کو انکلسریا ہسپتال تک آنے دیا جائے گا۔
