ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) will hold an auction of commercial sites in many of the federal capital's developed neighbourhoods in an effort to raise money for the city and draw in investors. (Reported by news source)
The construction is anticipated to have a major effect on the capital city's commercial real estate sector. He added that the authorities had previously made the timetable for the auction of various plots in various publications public and that the auction will continue in various areas of the Islamabad capital territory till May 5.
According to the official, it has been declared a must-take advantage of investment opportunity for investors both domestically and abroad by real estate specialists. Commercial plots can be owned by investors in the open sale with "legal protection."
The representative claimed that the CDA auction voucher provided accommodators with a one-window directorate for making payments.
According to the official, the flexible completion periods for commercial plots comprised 3 years for projects under 1,000 yards, 4 years for projects between 1,000 and 3,000 yards, and 5 years for projects over 3,000 yards.

انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ حکام نے پہلے ہی مختلف اشاعتوں میں مختلف پلاٹوں کی نیلامی کا ٹائم ٹیبل پبلک کر دیا تھا اور یہ نیلامی اسلام آباد کے دارالحکومت کے مختلف علاقوں میں 5 مئی تک جاری رہے گی۔ اہلکار کے مطابق اسے لازمی قرار دیا گیا ہے۔ رئیل اسٹیٹ ماہرین کے ذریعہ ملکی اور بیرون ملک سرمایہ کاروں کے لیے سرمایہ کاری کے مواقع سے فائدہ اٹھائیں۔ تجارتی پلاٹوں کو "قانونی تحفظ" کے ساتھ کھلی فروخت میں سرمایہ کاروں کی ملکیت حاصل ہو سکتی ہے۔
نمائندے نے دعویٰ کیا کہ سی ڈی اے کے نیلامی واؤچر نے ادائیگیوں کے لیے ایک ون ونڈو ڈائریکٹوریٹ فراہم کیا۔
اہلکار کے مطابق کمرشل پلاٹوں کے لیے لچکدار تکمیل کی مدت 1,000 گز سے کم کے منصوبوں کے لیے 3 سال، 1,000 سے 3,000 گز کے درمیان کے منصوبوں کے لیے 4 سال اور 3,000 گز سے زیادہ کے منصوبوں کے لیے 5 سال پر مشتمل ہے۔
