Timely Completion of Industrial Estates Uplift Work Ordered

According to the news sources, Provincial Minister for Industries and Commerce Mian Aslam Iqbal instructed to CEOs of PIEDMC, FIEDMC, and MD PSIC on Thursday that development work in industrial estates should be completed on time and the target of 100 percent colonization of industrial estates will be achieved in any case. He said that in the past property business has been conducted in the name of industrialization.

According to the details, he said now every plot in industrial estates will have an industrial unit and all possible facilities should be provided to those who set up industrial units in industrial estates. No hindrance to investment and industrialization will be tolerated, he added.

While directing the authorities he further added that the creation of 10 Special Economic Zones in Punjab will change the economy of the province.

He said that prompt provision of world-class infrastructure in industrial zones should be ensured and the process of colonization in small industrial estates should be further intensified, he concluded

خبر رساں ذرائع کے مطابق صوبائی وزیر صنعت و تجارت میاں اسلم اقبال نے جمعرات کو پی آئی ای ڈی ایم سی، فیڈمک کے سی ای اوز اور ایم ڈی پی ایس آئی سی کو ہدایت کی کہ انڈسٹریل اسٹیٹس میں ترقیاتی کام بروقت مکمل کیے جائیں اور انڈسٹریل اسٹیٹس کی سو فیصد کالونائزیشن کا ہدف حاصل کیا جائے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ماضی میں انڈسٹریلائزیشن کے نام پر پراپرٹی کا کاروبار ہوتا رہا ہے۔
تفصیلات کے مطابق انہوں نے کہا کہ اب انڈسٹریل اسٹیٹس میں ہر پلاٹ پر انڈسٹریل یونٹ ہوگا اور انڈسٹریل اسٹیٹس میں انڈسٹریل یونٹ لگانے والوں کو ہر ممکن سہولیات فراہم کی جائیں گی۔ انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ سرمایہ کاری اور صنعت کاری میں کوئی رکاوٹ برداشت نہیں کی جائے گی۔
حکام کو ہدایت کرتے ہوئے انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ پنجاب میں 10 سپیشل اکنامک زونز کے قیام سے صوبے کی معیشت بدل جائے گی۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ صنعتی زونز میں عالمی معیار کے انفراسٹرکچر کی فوری فراہمی کو یقینی بنایا جائے اور چھوٹی صنعتی اسٹیٹس میں کالونائزیشن کے عمل کو مزید تیز کیا جائے۔
