The redesigned Akbar Chowk flyover plan has been approved

The meeting approved numerous Lahore Development Authority (LDA) decisions and evaluated suggested adjustments to building and zone regulations. It also authorised investment in the Bank of Punjab through term finance certificates (TFCs) and revisions to the LDA (Appointment & Conditions of Service) Regulations,
1978.

The revised proposal for constructing the Akbar Chowk Flyover was accepted, as was a thorough evaluation of the four-lane Ravi Bridge project. In addition, authorization was provided to hire a marketing consultant and a transaction adviser for Lahore Development Authority projects, as well as an environmental consultant
and a heat management officer.

An assessment was also conducted in order to allocate land for the installation of petrol stations at transportation terminal sites. The chief secretary, chairman of Planning and Development, secretaries of housing, finance, and local government, the Director General and Additional DG (Hqrs) of Lahore Development Authority, as well as representatives from NESPAK, line departments, and members of the governing body, all attended the meeting.

اجلاس نے لاہور ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی (ایل ڈی اے) کے متعدد فیصلوں کی منظوری دی اور بلڈنگ اور زون ریگولیشنز میں تجویز کردہ ایڈجسٹمنٹ کا جائزہ لیا۔ اس نے ٹرم فنانس سرٹیفکیٹس اور لاہور ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی (اپائنٹمنٹ اینڈ کنڈیشنز آف سروس) ریگولیشنز، 1978 میں نظرثانی کے ذریعے بینک آف پنجاب میں سرمایہ کاری کی بھی اجازت دی۔
اکبر چوک فلائی اوور کی تعمیر کی نظر ثانی شدہ تجویز کو قبول کر لیا گیا، جیسا کہ چار لین راوی پل کے منصوبے کا مکمل جائزہ لیا گیا۔ اس کے علاوہ، لاہور ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی کے منصوبوں کے لیے ایک مارکیٹنگ کنسلٹنٹ اور ایک ٹرانزیکشن ایڈوائزر کے ساتھ ساتھ ماحولیاتی کنسلٹنٹ اور ہیٹ مینجمنٹ آفیسر کی خدمات حاصل کرنے کی اجازت بھی فراہم کی گئی۔ ٹرانسپورٹیشن ٹرمینل سائٹس پر پیٹرول اسٹیشنوں کی تنصیب کے لیے زمین مختص کرنے کے لیے بھی ایک جائزہ لیا گیا۔
چیف سیکرٹری، پلاننگ اینڈ ڈویلپمنٹ کے چیئرمین، ہاؤسنگ، فنانس اور لوکل گورنمنٹ کے سیکرٹریز، لاہور ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی کے ڈائریکٹر جنرل اور ایڈیشنل ڈی جی (ہیڈکوارز) کے علاوہ نیسپاک، لائن ڈیپارٹمنٹس کے نمائندے اور گورننگ باڈی کے ممبران۔ ، سب نے اجلاس میں شرکت کی۔
