Tax relief on Property Developers by Punjab Government

According to details, preparations have been made to provide relief to property developers, promoters, and marketers in the tax net. The Punjab government will provide tax relief of up to 10% on property developers and land construction in the new financial year.

Fewer charges will be levied on land development and construction in the new financial year as well.

Charges of Rs. 100 per square on land development and Rs. 50 per square on construction will be levied. In this regard, the Resource Mobilization Committee made recommendations to the Finance Department.

There are suggestions to include the said relief in the Finance Bill for the new financial year. The Chief Minister of Punjab will also be apprised of these suggestions.

تفصیلات کے مطابق پراپرٹی ڈویلپرز ،پروموٹرز اور مارکیٹنگ والوں کو ٹیکس نیٹ میں ریلیف دینے کی تیاریاں کر لی گئی ہیں ۔ پنجاب حکومت نئے مالی سال میں پراپرٹی ڈویلپرز اور لینڈ کنسٹرکشن پر 10 فیصد تک ٹیکس ریلیف دے گی ۔ نئے مالی سال میں بھی لینڈ ڈویلپمنٹ اور کنسٹرکشن پر کم چارجز وصول ہوں گے ۔

لینڈ ڈویلپمنٹ پر 100 روپے فی سکوئیر اور کنٹرکشن پر 50 روپے فی سکوئیر چارجز وصول ہوں گے ۔ اس سلسلے میں ریسورس موبلائزیش کمیٹی نے محکمہ خزانہ کو سفارشات پیش کردیں ۔نئے مالی سال کے فنانس بل میں مذکورہ ریلیف شامل کرنے کی تجاویز ہیں۔ وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب کو بھی ان تجاویز کے حوالےسے آگاہ کیا جائے گا ۔
