Sectors F-14 and F-15 Allotees Are Aiming for the Supreme Court

Several petitions against the judgement of the Islamabad High Court, which had invalidated the government's revised policy on the allotment of plots in the capital at discounted rates to top judges, attorneys, and bureaucrats, are currently pending before the top court.

Contrary to popular belief, many of the allottees of this scheme are middle class government employees who are suffering as a result of this case, not just the top officials and judges of the higher judiciary.

According to the report, the plan was conceived in 2015 after CDA and the FGEHF decided to launch a housing initiative in Sector F-14 and F-15.

The case has now been pending before the supreme court for seven months, and three sessions have already taken place. In their interview with The Nation, the allottees demanded an immediate decision.

عام خیال کے برعکس، اس اسکیم کے بہت سے الاٹی متوسط طبقے کے سرکاری ملازمین ہیں جو اس کیس کے نتیجے میں نقصان اٹھا رہے ہیں، نہ صرف اعلیٰ عدلیہ کے اعلیٰ افسران اور ججز۔
رپورٹ کے مطابق، یہ منصوبہ 2015 میں اس وقت پیش کیا گیا جب سی ڈی اے اور ایف جی ای ایچ ایف نے سیکٹر F-14 اور F-15 میں ہاؤسنگ اقدام شروع کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا۔
