KARACHI: Sindh member of information, Local Government, and forests Syed Nasir Hussain Shah has directed the SBCA to issue No Issue Certificates to the members of the Association of Builders and Developers who have fulfilled the criteria and formalities.
The minister stated this on Monday at SBCA main Secretariat while chairing an important meeting of SBCA. Director General SBCA Shamsuddin Soomro, Representatives of Association of Builders and Developers, and concerned officials of SBCA attended the meeting and gave their input.
A detailed briefing about various important matters of SBCA was delivered to the minister on this occasion. Nasir Shah directed that NOC’s should be issued immediately to ABAD builders. He further stated that decisions should be taken on a priority basis on the files of ABAD members.

وزیر موصوف نے یہ بات پیر کو ایس بی سی اے کے مرکزی سیکرٹریٹ میں ایس بی سی اے کے ایک اہم اجلاس کی صدارت کرتے ہوئے کہی۔ ڈائریکٹر جنرل ایس بی سی اے شمس الدین سومرو ، ایسوسی ایشن آف بلڈرز اینڈ ڈویلپرز کے نمائندوں اور ایس بی سی اے کے متعلقہ عہدیداروں نے اجلاس میں شرکت کی اور اپنا ان پٹ دیا۔
اس موقع پر وزیر کو ایس بی سی اے کے مختلف اہم امور کے بارے میں تفصیلی بریفنگ دی گئی۔ ناصر شاہ نے ہدایت کی کہ اے بی اے ڈی بنانے والوں کو فوری طور پر این او سی جاری کی جائے۔ انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ فیصلوں کو ترجیحی بنیادوں پر اے بی اے ڈی ممبروں کی فائلوں پر لیا جانا چاہئے۔
