LAHORE: According to a news source, it is reported on Tuesday that the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has earned an amount of 3.93 billion by auction of proprietary as well as lease rights of its properties.
Properties presented for auction include eleven Commercial and two residential plots that are located in different housing schemes of LDA.
The estimated price for all of these properties is round about 330 million while other valuable commercial plots that are located in the destined business hub of international themes were auctioned for 3.16 billion.
Tenancy rights if diversified properties were auctioned for a total of 444.9 million that includes the rental rights of three marquee spots located in Johar Town.

ایل ڈی اے کے مختلف ہاؤسنگ سکیموں میں واقع گیارہ کمرشل اور دو رہائشی پلاٹوں کو مجموعی طور پر 330 ملین روپے میں نیلام کیا گیا جبکہ بین الاقوامی معیار ، فنانس اینڈ ٹریڈ سینٹر ، جوہر ٹاؤن کے منصوبہ بند کاروباری مرکز میں واقع مزید 3 قیمتی کمرشل پلاٹوں کو نیلام کیا گیا۔ 3 ارب 16 کروڑ روپے۔
مختلف جائیدادوں کے کرایہ داری حقوق کل 444.9 ملین روپے میں نیلام ہوئے۔ اس میں جوہر ٹاؤن میں واقع تین مارکی سائٹوں کے کرایہ کے حقوق بھی شامل ہیں جن کی نیلامی سالانہ 85 ملین روپے سالانہ تھی۔
