Rs.21 Million Revenue Collected By CDA’s Building Control Directorate

A spokesperson informed that the revenue had been collected from the approval of building plans, issuance of completion certificates, commercial charges, and other sources including fines on account of a non-conforming use.

Rs. 600,000 revenue had been collected by issuing 15 completion certificates. These certificates mentioned had been issued to residential buildings. Two commercial buildings also generated funds which amounted to around Rs.12 million.

Due to these steps taken, the authority is being financially strengthened while also ensuring financial discipline is maintained. Instructions have been issued for ensuring strict financial discipline so that authority could be made financially stable, the spokesman added.

ترجمان نے بتایا کہ یہ ریونیو بلڈنگ پلانز کی منظوری، تکمیلی سرٹیفکیٹ کے اجراء، کمرشل چارجز اور دیگر ذرائع سے جمع کیا گیا ہے جس میں غیر موافق استعمال کی وجہ سے جرمانے بھی شامل ہیں۔
روپے 15 تکمیلی سرٹیفکیٹ جاری کرکے 600,000 ریونیو اکٹھا کیا گیا۔ مذکورہ سرٹیفکیٹ رہائشی عمارتوں کو جاری کیے گئے تھے۔ دو کمرشل عمارتوں نے بھی فنڈز بنائے جن کی رقم تقریباً 12 ملین روپے تھی۔
اٹھائے گئے ان اقدامات کی وجہ سے اتھارٹی کو مالی طور پر مضبوط کیا جا رہا ہے جبکہ مالی نظم و ضبط کو بھی یقینی بنایا جا رہا ہے۔ ترجمان نے مزید کہا کہ سخت مالیاتی نظم و ضبط کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے ہدایات جار�� کی گئی ہیں تاکہ اتھارٹی کو مالی طور پر مستحکم بنایا جا سکے۔
