Ring Road: RDA signs memorandum of understanding with Turkish firm

According to the details, an MoU was signed at the Commissioner's Office by various officials including Commissioner Rawalpindi Division Liaquat Ali Chattha, RDA Director General Saif Anwar Jhappa, Chief Engineer Dr Habib Ul Haq Randhawa, Planning & Development Board Punjab Secretary Committee, provincial government
representatives, and officers from relevant departments.

Asian Consultant Engineers JV will provide advisory services as a third party under the conditions of the MoU, with an emphasis on establishing the best route for the Rawalpindi Ring Road. During the occasion, Rawalpindi Commissioner Chattha emphasised the Ring Road project's transformative impact on the city. He emphasised the urgency of preventing future delays in the project, given its importance to the public.

The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between RDA and the Ring Road project is a significant step forward in the development of this critical infrastructure effort.
