RAWALPINDI: RDA Spokesperson informed that the district administration, Rawalpindi Development Authority, and police have launched an operation against illegal housing schemes and flattened offices and other infrastructure.
Operation was conducted against Rudn Enclave, City Town, Blue World City and Abdullah city at Chakri Road by following the directions of Director General RDA Captain ® Abdul Sittar Issani.
According to Director General RDA Captain ® Abdul Sittar Issani, the Metropolitan Planning and Traffic Engineering Directorate’s staff conducted an operation against illegal housing Schemes including Rudn Enclave, Adyala Road, City Town, Gorakhpur Rawalpindi and demolished barriers, site offices, and sealed booking office of illegal Minara residence on GT Road Rawalpindi.
Under Punjab Private Housing Schemes and Land Subdivision Rules 2010, RDA has issued notices to the owners of above mentioned illegal housing scheme. Metropolitan Planning and Traffic Engineering directorate RDA’s staff including superintendent scheme, building inspectors and others with the help of police from concerned police station carried out operation against above mentioned illegal housing schemes.
The owners of these properties were running illegal housing scheme in violation of Punjab Private Housing Schemes and Land Subdivision Rules 2010.

ڈائریکٹر جنرل آر ڈی اے کیپٹن عبد الستار عیسانی کے مطابق میٹروپولیٹن پلاننگ اینڈ ٹریفک انجینئرنگ ڈائریکٹوریٹ کے عملے نے روڈن انکلیو ، اڈ��الہ روڈ ، سٹی ٹاؤن ، گورکھپور راولپنڈی سمیت غیر قانونی ہاؤسنگ اسکیموں کے خلاف آپریشن کیا اور مسمار شدہ رکاوٹیں ، سائٹ دفاتر اور بکنگ آفس کے سیل جی ٹی روڈ راولپنڈی میں مینارہ غیر قانونی رہائش گاہ۔
پنجاب پرائیویٹ ہاؤسنگ اسکیموں اور اراضی سب ڈویژن رولز 2010 کے تحت آر ڈی اے نے مذکورہ غیرقانونی ہاؤسنگ اسکیم کے مالکان کو نوٹس جاری کردیئے ہیں۔ میٹروپولیٹن پلاننگ اینڈ ٹریفک انجینئرنگ ڈائریکٹوریٹ آر ڈی اے کے عملہ بشمول سپرنٹنڈنٹ اسکیم ، بلڈنگ انسپکٹر اور دیگر متعلقہ تھانے کی پولیس کی مدد سے مذکورہ غیرقانونی رہائش اسکیموں کے خلاف آپریشن کرتے رہے۔
ان پراپرٹیوں کے مالکان پنجاب نجی ہاؤسنگ اسکیموں اور لینڈ سب ڈویژن رولز 2010 کی خلاف ورزی کرتے ہوئے غیرقانونی ہاؤسنگ اسکیم چلا رہے تھے۔
