RDA keeps operating against illegal infrastructures

These three shops illegally constructed at Plot No. 147 and in an occupied open place by Mr. Khawaja Shahzad in violation of the Punjab Development of Cities Act 1976 under the section.

RDA Spokesman said the Director-General RDA Capt. (R) Abdul Sattar Isani has issued directions to LD&EM Directorate to take strict action against encroachments without any fear and favor.

He said LD&EM Directorate’s staff including Assistant Director LD&EM, Inspector encroachment, Scheme Incharge, and others conducted the operation with the assistance of Rawalpindi Police from the concerned police station.

Following directives of DG RDA, LD&EM Directorate RDA and MP&TE Directorate RDA are actively conducting operations against illegal land use and encroachments, illegally constructed buildings, and unapproved housing schemes within the controlled area of RDA in Rawalpindi, he added.

یہ تینوں دکانیں پلاٹ نمبر 147 پر غیرقانونی طور پر تعمیر کی گئیں اور مسٹر خواجہ شہزاد کی زیرقیادت کھلی جگہ پر سیکشن کے تحت پنجاب ڈویلپمنٹ آف سٹیٹس ایکٹ 1976 کی خلاف ورزی ہے۔

آر ڈی اے کے ترجمان نے بتایا کہ ڈائریکٹر جنرل آر ڈی اے کیپٹن (ر) عبد الستار عیسانی نے ایل ڈی اینڈ ای ایم ڈائریکٹوریٹ کو ہدایت کی ہے کہ وہ تجاوزات کے خلاف سخت کارروائی کرے بغیر کسی خوف و احسان کے۔

انہوں نے بتایا کہ ایل ڈی اینڈ ای ایم ڈائریکٹوریٹ کے عملہ بشمول اسسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹر ایل ڈی اینڈ ای ایم ، انسپکٹر تجاوزات ، سکیم انچارج اور دیگر نے متعلقہ تھانے سے راولپنڈی پولیس کی مدد سے یہ آپریشن کیا۔

انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ ڈی جی آر ڈی اے ، ایل ڈی اینڈ ای ایم ڈائریکٹوریٹ آر ڈی اے اور ایم پی اینڈ ٹی ای ڈائریکٹوریٹ آر ڈی اے کی ہدایت کے بعد راولپنڈی میں آر ڈی اے کے زیرانتظام علاقے میں غیرقانونی طور پر زمین کے استعمال اور تجاوزات ، غیر قانونی طور پر تعمیر شدہ عمارتوں اور غیر منظور شدہ رہائشی سکیموں کے خلاف سرگرم عمل ہیں۔
