RDA actions against unauthorized housing projects are in progress

Three illegal private housing schemes, including Capital Floora Valle on Thatha Gorakhpur Road and two illegal subdivisions on Tarahia Gorakhpur Road in Rawalpindi, had their booking offices dismantled by RDA officials with the help of the local police station.

In violation of the Punjab Private Housing Scheme Rules 2021, according to Saif Anwar, the owners of these illicit housing projects were operating booking offices.

The proprietors of these three housing developments have also been the subject of first information reports (FIRs).

In order to discourage the public from investing in unapproved residential projects, the planning division of the RDA has also asked the Federal Investigation Agency's (FIA) Cyber Crime Wing to take action against illegal and deceptive promotions of illegal housing plans.

سیف انور کے مطابق پنجاب پرائیویٹ ہاؤسنگ سکیم رولز 2021 کی خلاف ورزی کرتے ہوئے ان غیر قانونی ہاؤسنگ پراجیکٹس کے مالکان بکنگ آفس چلا رہے تھے۔
ان تینوں ہاؤسنگ ڈیولپمنٹس کے مالکان بھی فرسٹ انفارمیشن رپورٹس (ایف آئی آر) کا موضوع رہے ہیں۔
غیر منظور شدہ رہائشی منصوبوں میں سرمایہ کاری کرنے سے عوام کی حوصلہ شکنی کرنے کے لیے، RDA کے پلاننگ ڈویژن نے وفاقی تحقیقاتی ایجنسی (FIA) کے سائبر کرائم ونگ سے بھی کہا ہے کہ وہ غیر قانونی ہاؤسنگ منصوبوں کی غیر قانونی اور دھوکہ دہی پروموشنز کے خلاف کارروائی کرے۔
