Ravi project to create jobs, says Hasaan

According to the news sources, in his tweet on Sunday, the SACM said the project on 46km long area along both banks of River Ravi was actually materialization of the dream of Prime Minister Imran Khan.

He said, “First zone of Ravi River Front i.e., was “Chahar Bagh” being started today. “Hassan said the first phase would be on 15,000 acres which would include sapphire, Agri, knowledge, emerald bay, Topaz block, barrages, and a lake.

The CM had directed to expeditiously implement the project to cope with the problems of traffic congestion, overpopulation, pollution, and shortage of water, he added.

While talking to the media he further added that the project would fetch foreign exchange through private investors and overseas Pakistanis. The SACM said the initiative would create a large number of jobs for people associated with housing, construction, and other related sectors.

نیوز ذرائع کے مطابق اتوار کو اپنے ٹویٹ میں ایس اے سی ایم نے کہا کہ دریائے راوی کے دونوں کناروں پر 46 کلومیٹر طویل رقبہ پر منصوبہ دراصل وزیراعظم عمران خان کے خواب کی تعبیر ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ راوی ریور فرنٹ کا پہلا زون یعنی چہار باغ آج شروع کیا جا رہا ہے۔ حسن نے کہا کہ پہلا مرحلہ 15,000 ایکڑ پر ہوگا جس میں نیلم، ایگری، نالج، ایمرلڈ بے، ٹوپاز بلاک، بیراج اور ایک جھیل شامل ہوگی۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ وزیراعلیٰ نے ٹریفک کی بھیڑ، زیادہ آبادی، آلودگی اور پانی کی قلت کے مسائل سے نمٹنے کے لیے منصوبے پر تیزی سے عمل درآمد کرنے کی ہدایت کی تھی۔
میڈیا سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ اس منصوبے سے نجی سرمایہ کاروں اور بیرون ملک مقیم پاکستانیوں کے ذریعے زرمبادلہ حاصل ہوگا۔ ایس آے سی ایم نے کہا کہ اس اقدام سے ہاؤسنگ، تعمیرات اور دیگر متعلقہ شعبوں سے وابستہ لوگوں کے لیے بڑی تعداد میں ملازمتیں پیدا ہوں گی۔
