Quetta Kuchlak Road project of PHAF reviewed by Federal Minister of Housing and Works

During the visit both the dignitaries were apprised of the construction of apartments at the site. Maulana Abdul Wassey showed keen interest in the project and directed PHA to complete it as soon as possible.

He showed his satisfaction with the pace of the project and said that its completion will prove beneficiary for government employees lacking their own residencies. Furthermore, he said that the initiation of such projects will be further promoted. The Federal Secretary of Housing and Works said that the interest shown by allottees in the project is quite appreciative since it also highlights the provincial employees in need of such projects.

Lastly, the allottees were assured that no delay will be faced by them in the completion of these projects, and the housing accommodation will be provided to them on time.

دورے کے دوران دونوں معززین کو سائٹ پر اپارٹمنٹس کی تعمیر سے آگاہ کیا گیا۔ مولانا عبدالواسع نے اس منصوبے میں گہری دلچسپی ظاہر کی اور پی ایچ اے کو جلد از جلد مکمل کرنے کی ہدایت کی۔
انہوں نے منصوبے کی رفتار پر اطمینان کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ اس کی تکمیل سے ان سرکاری ملازمین کے لیے فائدہ مند ثابت ہو گا جو اپنی رہائش گاہوں سے محروم ہیں۔ مزید برآں، انہوں نے کہا کہ ایسے منصوبوں کے آغاز کو مزید فروغ دیا جائے گا۔ وفاقی سیکرٹری ہاؤسنگ اینڈ ورکس نے کہا کہ اس پراجیکٹ میں الاٹیوں کی دلچسپی قابل تعریف ہے کیونکہ یہ ایسے پراجیکٹس کی ضرورت والے صوبائی ملازمین کو بھی اجاگر کرتا ہے۔
آخر میں الاٹیوں کو یقین دلایا گیا کہ ان منصوبوں کی تکمیل میں انہیں کسی قسم کی تاخیر کا سامنا نہیں کرنا پڑے گا اور انہیں وقت پر رہائش فراہم کی جائے گی۔
