Punjab Revenue Secretary Announced Automated Property Registration Process in Punjab

Chaudhry Muhammad Adnan, the Punjab Parliamentary Secretary for Revenue has recently revealed that the process that is required for property registration has been automated now. He further added that further improvements that were required in the revenue department have also been introduced.
Chaudhry Adnan is in favor of introducing all the modern facilities in the Punjab Revenue Department at earliest. When talking about starting any new business in the province, Punjab, Adnan explained that any company now can register itself easily on the Security Exchange Commission of Pakistan website in just one day.
He further informed the news sources that the LDA (Lahore Development Authority) has also started its one-window operations. Through this facility, the department will ensure the timely availability and issuance of the construction permits. He added that the time for this certificate issuance in other provinces will also be reduced for sure.
The secretary Chaudhary Adnan exclaimed that the online payment system which will be dedicated for provincial and federal taxes and duties due collection is also underway. Currently, the government is synchronizing all the major tax collection departments through an online domain made for the Pakistan Custom Department. It is expected that through this the time, as well as the expenses that are required for carrying of the exporters for business operations, will also reduce.
Recently in Gujrat, the Land Revenue Department has been suggesting for providing proper patwar courses for the service center officials across Punjab, who tend to work as a data entry operator at the land record centers. The department is emphasizing on computer data entry training to all the fresh graduates so that they can easily tackle down the revenue targets and how to meet them, ensuring efficient service deliveries and management of old land records.
