Punjab govt. to go for digitisation of Patwar Khana records

In the first phase, the roznama waqiati, laal kitab records, and gardawari will be digitized. The government aims to prevent discrepancies and illicit changes to the records by digitizing the data of patwar khanas. According to the details, as result of the digitization, the illicit changes would not be possible anymore.

In the Roznama Waqiati, the daily activities would be centralized. Gardawari would have details of specific pieces of land in an area and what crops are located there. Similarly, the digitized Laal Kitab records will have details of farm animals and other agricultural items owned by the residents of the respective areas.

Director Land Record, Nadeem Abbas said that as a result of this project, the planning regarding import and export of wheat and other grains would become possible. These three records would be digitized till March 1, 2021, said Nadeem.

ڈائریکٹر لینڈ ریکارڈ ، ندیم عباس نے کہا کہ اس منصوبے کے نتیجے میں گندم اور دیگر اناج کی درآمد اور برآمد سے متعلق منصوبہ بندی ممکن ہوسکے گی۔ ندیم نے بتایا کہ یہ تینوں ریکارڈ یکم مارچ 2021 تک ڈیجیٹلائزڈ ہوں گے۔
