Proposal for the Shakarparian Cultural Complex to Be Resurrected by CDA

The project, which cost Rs1.1 billion, was started under the leadership of the former CDA Chairman Kamran Lashari.

Officials from the CDA assert that, with the exception of the auditorium and amphitheater, the majority of the structure has been largely finished.

The CDA has never made any significant steps to resuscitate the project before, and the incomplete building is rumored to resemble a haunted place.

Due to charges of corruption, the project was contentious, and the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) looked into it.

According to CDA authorities, the project was started without conducting a feasibility analysis, and the incomplete work needs to be done in order to put the building to use.

بدعنوانی کے الزامات کی وجہ سے یہ منصوبہ متنازعہ تھا، اور قومی احتساب بیورو (نیب) نے اسے دیکھا۔
سی ڈی اے حکام کے مطابق منصوبہ فزیبلٹی تجزیہ کیے بغیر شروع کیا گیا تھا اور عمارت کو استعمال میں لانے کے لیے نامکمل کام کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔
