Prime Minister gave good news to homeless people

A private roof is the right of every poor or low-income individual who cannot afford to buy or rent it, and the government is committed to providing them with justice and shelter in every possible manner.

Prime Minister led a weekly meeting of the National Coordination Committee for Housing, Construction, and Development. It was informed in the meeting that the total economic activity of the approved as well as under-planned housing and construction projects is Rs 2.07 trillion.

By far, about 307 Housing and Construction projects have got approval under Naya Pakistan Housing projects. There have been 39.83 million square feet of construction, while 526 projects of 64.12 million square feet are still yet to go through the approval process.

It was also informed in the meeting that as the result of projects approved so far, the economic activity of Rs 796.5 billion has been generated. While another Rs 1.28 trillion is seen to be generated in the future.

There will be the availability of numerous employment opportunities to 4.5 million people as the result of these projects and their successful implementation. It was additionally informed in the meeting that LDA gave approval to 3435 construction projects on 11.03 million square feet, while 700 projects are still yet to be approved.

On the other hand, RDA has given approval to 67 construction projects on 4.8 million square feet, while 51 projects are still under consideration. CDA gas also approved 12.8 million square feet construction projects, while 142 projects of 18.7 million square feet are still under consideration.

وزیر اعظم ہاؤسنگ ، تعمیرات ، اور ترقی کی قومی رابطہ کمیٹی کے ہفتہ وار اجلاس کی قیادت کرتے تھے۔ اجلاس میں بتایا گیا کہ منظور شدہ اور زیر منصوبہ بند رہائش اور تعمیراتی منصوبوں کی مجموعی معاشی سرگرمی 2.07 کھرب روپے ہے۔

نیا پاکستان ہاؤسنگ منصوبوں کے تحت اب تک ، قریب 307 ہاؤسنگ اور تعمیراتی منصوبوں کو منظوری مل چکی ہے۔ یہاں 39.83 ملین مربع فٹ تعمیرات ہوچکی ہیں ، جبکہ 64.12 ملین مربع فٹ کے 526 منصوبوں کو منظوری کے عمل سے گزرنا باقی ہے۔

اجلاس میں یہ بھی بتایا گیا کہ اب تک منظور شدہ منصوبوں کے نتیجے میں 796.5 بلین روپے کی معاشی سرگرمی پیدا ہوچکی ہے۔ جبکہ مستقبل میں مزید 1.28 کھرب روپے پیدا ہوتے دیکھا جاسکتا ہے۔

ان منصوبوں اور ان کے کامیاب نفاذ کے نتیجے میں ساڑھے چار لاکھ افراد کو روزگار کے بے شمار مواقع میسر ہوں گے۔ اس کے علاوہ اجلاس میں یہ بھی بتایا گیا کہ ایل ڈی اے نے 11.03 ملین مربع فٹ پر 3435 تعمیراتی منصوبوں کی منظوری دی ہے ، جبکہ 700 منصوبوں کی منظوری ابھی باقی ہے۔

دوسری طرف ، آر ڈی اے نے 4.8 ملین مربع فٹ پر 67 تعمیراتی منصوبوں کی منظوری دے دی ہے ، جبکہ 51 منصوبے ابھی زیر غور ہیں۔ سی ڈی اے گیس نے 12.8 ملین مربع فٹ تعمیراتی منصوبوں کی بھی منظوری دی ، جبکہ 18.7 ملین مربع فٹ کے 142 منصوبے ابھی زیر غور ہیں۔
