PM to inaugurate the construction of 4,000 apartments under NPHP

He also quoted that while his visit to the proposed site at LDA-city, the officials present on the occasion were Member of Governing body Engineer Amir Riaz, Vice-Chairman of LDA SM Imran, Chief Engineer Abdul Razzaq Chohan, and LDA Additional Director General Rana Tikka Khan. 

According to the Minister, PC-1 was approved by the governing body of LDA which is worth Rs 20 billion for water supply, construction of roads, sidewalks, sewerage system, and rest of the infrastructure on 8,500 kanals of land which is marked for the construction of 35,000 apartments in Halloki.

The government has approved the draft of the agreement between the Bank of Punjab and the Lahore Development Authority for issuing a Letter of Comfort to the allottees, by the bank. A loan facility has also been given to the allottees so that they can easily purchase apartments. 

These are two-bedroom apartments which are covering an area of 650 square feet. While these apartments are arranged in the form of four-story blocks over 563 kanals of land at Rs.10 billion`s cost. 

The average price of an apartment is Rs 2,706,519 which can be paid in the form of easy monthly installments, without any hindrance. 

لاہور: وزیر مملکت برائے ہاؤسنگ میاں محمود الرشید میاں محمود الرشید نے ذکر کیا کہ نیا پاکستان ہاؤسنگ پروجیکٹ کے تحت وزیر اعظم جناب عمران خان رواں ماہ ، لاہور میں چار ہزار اپارٹمنٹس کی تعمیر کا افتتاح کریں گے۔

انہوں نے یہ بھی حوالہ دیا کہ ایل ڈی اے شہر کے مجوزہ مقام پر ان کے دورے کے موقع پر موجود عہدیدار ممبر گورننگ باڈی انجینئر امیر ریاض ، ایل ڈی اے کے وائس چیئرمین ایس ایم عمران ، چیف انجینئر عبدالرزاق چوہان ، اور ایل ڈی اے کے ایڈیشنل ڈائریکٹر جنرل موجود تھے۔ رانا ٹککا خان۔

وزیر کے مطابق ، پی سی ون کو ایل ڈی اے کی گورننگ باڈی نے منظور کیا جس میں آٹھ ہزار پانچ سو کنال اراضی پر پانی کی فراہمی ، سڑکوں ، فٹ پاتھوں ، سیوریج سسٹم ، اور باقی انفراسٹرکچر کے لئے بیس ارب روپے مالیت ہے جو ہے ہلوکی میں تین ہزار اپارٹمنٹس کی تعمیر کے لئے نشان زد۔

حکومت نے الاٹیز کو لیٹر آف کمفرٹ جاری کرنے کے لئے بینک آف پنجاب اور لاہور ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی کے مابین معاہدے کے مسودے کو منظوری دے دی ہے۔ الاٹیز کو قرض کی سہولت بھی دی گئی ہے تاکہ وہ اپارٹمنٹ آسانی سے خرید سکیں۔

یہ دو بیڈروم والے اپارٹمنٹس ہیں جو چھ سو پچاس مربع فٹ کے رقبے پر محیط ہیں۔ جبکہ یہ اپارٹمنٹس دس ارب بلین روپے کی لاگت سے چار سو منزلہ بلاک کی شکل میں ترتیب دیئے گئے ہیں۔

ایک اپارٹمنٹ کی اوسط قیمت 2،706،519 روپے ہے جو بغیر کسی رکاوٹ کے آسان ماہانہ قسطوں کی شکل میں ادا کی جاسکتی ہے۔
