PM launches Rs407bln interest-free loan program

According to the news sources, Under the prime minister’s Kamyab Jawan Programme, a flagship poverty alleviation scheme, the government intends to disburse loans among the youth, women, and farmers and for the construction of low-income houses during the next two years, according to state-run Radio Pakistan.

While addressing the ceremony PM Imran khan said, we have included 4.5 million families in the Kamyab Jawan Programme.  “We started from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Now, we are introducing this program to the whole country.” Khan said Pakistani banks had provided loans of up to Rs55bn to lower-income groups, which was unprecedented in the country’s history.

According to the details, “The main idea behind the program is to facilitate people to stand on their feet and start their businesses,’’ He further added, “The government will never have enough finance or resources to give money to such a large population.”

Khan said his government would ensure that by the end of this month, every family in Punjab would have health cards and have access to health insurance amounting to Rs1 million. He promised that every penny collected as tax by the government would be spent on the welfare of the people.

خبر رساں ذرائع کے مطابق وزیراعظم کامیاب جوان پروگرام کے تحت غربت کے خاتمے کی ایک اہم اسکیم کے تحت حکومت نوجوانوں، خواتین اور کسانوں میں قرضوں کی تقسیم اور آئندہ دو سالوں کے دوران کم آمدنی والے گھروں کی تعمیر کا ارادہ رکھتی ہے۔
تقریب سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے وزیراعظم عمران خان نے کہا کہ ہم نے کامیاب جوان پروگرام میں 45 لاکھ خاندانوں کو شامل کیا ہے۔ "ہم نے خیبر پختونخوا سے آغاز کیا۔ اب ہم اس پروگرام کو پورے ملک میں متعارف کروا رہے ہیں۔ خان نے کہا کہ پاکستانی بینکوں نے کم آمدنی والے گروپوں کو 55 ارب روپے تک کے قرضے فراہم کیے ہیں، جس کی ملکی تاریخ میں مثال نہیں ملتی۔
تفصیلات کے مطابق، "پروگرام کے پیچھے بنیادی خیال لوگوں کو اپنے پیروں پر کھڑا کرنے اور اپنے کاروبار شروع کرنے میں سہولت فراہم کرنا ہے،" انہوں نے مزید کہا، "حکومت کے پاس اتنی مالیات یا وسائل کبھی نہیں ہوں گے کہ وہ اتنی بڑی آبادی کو رقم دے سکے۔ "
خان نے کہا کہ ان کی حکومت اس بات کو یقینی بنائے گی کہ اس ماہ کے آخر تک پنجاب میں ہر خاندان کے پاس ہیلتھ کارڈ ہو گا اور 10 لاکھ روپے کی ہیلتھ انشورنس تک رسائی ہو گی۔ انہوں نے وعدہ کیا کہ حکومت کی طرف سے ٹیکس کے طور پر جمع ہونے والی ایک ایک پائی عوام کی فلاح و بہبود پر خرچ کی جائے گی۔
