PM displeased over slow pace of work on the apartment project

According to the news sources, Kashmir Avenue Apartments Project in the G-13 project was inaugurated by the prime minister in April 2019.

The prime minister paid a surprise visit to the site without protocol on Friday morning and found no one present there. The project director was called who briefed him.

According to the news sources, Mr. Khan showed his displeasure over the slow pace of work and directed the authority to speed it up.

The FGEHA on its website stated that the project consisted of three towers, each with a basement and ground-plus 21 floors.

The project is designed to have 1,467 apartments out of which 714 will have a 1,300 square feet area each while 753 apartments will have 11 square feet each. The basements of the buildings will be reserved for car parking and the ground floors for amenities.

نیوز ذرائع کے مطابق مسٹر خان نے کام کی سست رفتاری پر برہمی کا اظہار کیا اور اتھارٹی کو اس میں تیزی لانے کی ہدایت کی۔
ایف جی ای ایچ اے نے اپنی ویب سائٹ پر بتایا کہ یہ پروجیکٹ تین ٹاورز پر مشتمل ہے، جن میں سے ہر ایک میں بیسمنٹ اور گراؤنڈ پلس 21 منزلیں ہیں۔
اس منصوبے کو 1,467 اپارٹمنٹس کے لیے ڈیزائن کیا گیا ہے جن میں سے 714 میں 1,300 مربع فٹ رقبہ ہوگا جبکہ 753 اپارٹمنٹس 11 مربع فٹ پر مشتمل ہوں گے۔ عمارتوں کے تہہ خانے کار پارکنگ کے لیے اور گراؤنڈ فلور سہولیات کے لیے مختص کیے جائیں گے۔
