PLRA increases land record centers in 2021

According to the news sources, the total number of centers has increased to more than 5000 with the collaboration of Nadra, banks, and Dehi Marakaz Maal. In 2021, a total of about four million landowners and beneficiaries were provided computerized services of fard issuance and confirmation of mutation and Rs15 billion have been generated for the national treasury in the shape of provincial taxes and PLRA charges.

According to the reports, out of the total 2.7 million fard issued during 2021, 1.8 million are issued from ARC, 5.5 lakhs from Nadra, 2 lakhs from Dehi Marakaz Maal, 1 lakh online while 31 thousand and 21 thousand from mobile centers and banks, respectively. Similarly, out of 1.2 million attested mutations, about 1.1 million transfers were made through land record centers, 1.5 million DMM, 40,000 mobile centers, and 1800 mutations were attested through banks.

Under Prime Minister's ‘corruption-free Pakistan’ vision, a special team has been formed in PLRA to register and resolve public complaints. In 2021, 479 complaints have been received through the Prime Minister's Portal in PLRA, which had been resolved at the appointed time. Moreover, 34 persons have been terminated in the year 2021 after completing the inquiry and other disciplinary action against 99 officers and officials due to the numerous complaints received against them.

نیوز ذرائع کے مطابق نادرا، بینکوں اور دہی مرکز مال کے تعاون سے مراکز کی کل تعداد 5000 سے زائد ہوگئی ہے۔ 2021 میں مجموعی طور پر تقریباً 40 لاکھ زمینداروں اور مستفید ہونے والوں کو فرض کے اجراء اور میوٹیشن کی تصدیق کی کمپیوٹرائزڈ خدمات فراہم کی گئیں اور صوبائی ٹیکسوں اور (پی ایل آر اے) چارجز کی شکل میں قومی خزانے کے لیے 15 ارب روپے جمع کیے گئے۔
رپورٹس کے مطابق 2021 کے دوران جاری کیے گئے کل 27 لاکھ فرض میں سے 18 لاکھ اے آر سی سے، 5.5 لاکھ نادرا سے، 2 لاکھ دہی مرکز مال سے، 1 لاکھ آن لائن جبکہ 31 ہزار 21 ہزار موبائل سینٹرز اور بینکوں سے جاری کیے گئے، بالترتیب اسی طرح 1.2 ملین تصدیق شدہ میوٹیشنز میں سے تقریباً 1.1 ملین ٹرانسفرز لینڈ ریکارڈ سنٹرز کے ذریعے، 1.5 ملین ڈی ایم ایم، 40,000 موبائل سنٹرز، اور 1800 میوٹیشنز کی تصدیق بینکوں کے ذریعے کی گئی۔
وزیراعظم کے ’’کرپشن فری پاکستان‘‘ ویژن کے تحت عوامی شکایات کے اندراج اور حل کے لیے (پی ایل آر اے) میں ایک خصوصی ٹیم تشکیل دی گئی ہے۔ 2021 میں، (پی ایل آر اے) میں وزیر اعظم کے پورٹل کے ذریعے 479 شکایات موصول ہوئی ہیں، جنہیں مقررہ وقت پر حل کیا گیا تھا۔ مزید یہ کہ سال 2021 میں 34 افراد کو ان کے خلاف موصول ہونے والی متعدد شکایات کی وجہ سے 99 افسران اور اہلکاروں کے خلاف انکوائری اور دیگر تادیبی کارروائی مکمل کرنے کے بعد برطرف کیا گیا ہے۔
