CEO Bahria Town Malik Riaz has said that the construction and security standards of Bahria Town Peshawar will be on par with housing projects in Dubai, Qatar, and Kuwait.
Islamabad: CEO Bahria Town Malik Riaz has said that Bahria Town Peshawar will be based on over 100,000 Kanal land and it will be completed in the shortest possible time period of three years against the completion of Bahria Town Karachi in four years.
While speaking to a local newspaper, Malik Riaz said that the work on the project would continue 24 hours a day without gaps and it will start early next year. In the development of the project, the latest machinery and construction technology would be used. He further said that Bahria Town Peshawar would consist of 200,000 plots, apartments, small and big houses for lower- and middle-class people.
For this specific project, Bahria Town Peshawar has hired the world’s renowned architects. The construction and security standards will be on par with housing projects in Dubai, Qatar, and Kuwait. Besides the local nationals, a 30% quota will be fixed for overseas Pakistanis. Bahria Town Peshawar will also enjoy the same facilities as Bahria Town Lahore and Bahria Town Karachi. These include a commercial mall, ultra-modern cinema house, school, college, mosque, state-of-the-art hospital, dispensaries, theme park, and zoo.
Malik Riaz further said that Bahria Town Peshawar will ensure the uninterrupted availability of basic facilities like water, electricity, and gas.
