Pervaiz Elahi approves RUDA to get data of housing societies in its jurisdiction

The CM permitted RUDA to learn about approved, rejected, and pending housing applications in its jurisdiction while presiding over a meeting of the Lahore Development Authority's (LDA) governing council.

The construction of an underpass linking the Ring Road's Gulshan Ravi T-Junction and Babu Sabu Interchange received Pervez Elahi's permission as well.

152 Kanal of land near the IT Tower on Ferozpur Road, which would house four commercial buildings, an information technology tower on 24 stories, and a hospital, is where he reportedly given approval for a number of projects.

While accepting the modifications to the building and zoning rules, as well as the LDA Land Use Regulations, 2020, he also made the decision to establish a committee and a subcommittee to handle LDA problems.

وزیراعلیٰ نے لاہور ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی (ایل ڈی اے) کی گورننگ کونسل کے اجلاس کی صدارت کرتے ہوئے RUDA کو اپنے دائرہ اختیار میں منظور شدہ، مسترد شدہ اور زیر التوا ہاؤسنگ درخواستوں کے بارے میں جاننے کی اجازت دی۔
رنگ روڈ کے گلشن راوی ٹی جنکشن اور بابو صابو انٹر چینج کو ملانے والے انڈر پاس کی تعمیر کے لیے بھی پرویز الٰہی کی اجازت مل گئی۔
فیروز پور روڈ پر آئی ٹی ٹاور کے قریب 152 کنال اراضی، جس میں چار کمرشل عمارتیں، 24 منزلوں پر ایک انفارمیشن ٹیکنالوجی ٹاور اور ایک ہسپتال ہوگا، جہاں مبینہ طور پر انہوں نے متعدد منصوبوں کی منظوری دی تھی۔
عمارت اور زوننگ کے قوانین کے ساتھ ساتھ ایل ڈی اے لینڈ یوز ریگولیشنز، 2020 میں ترمیم کو قبول کرتے ہوئے، انہوں نے ایل ڈی اے کے مسائل سے نمٹنے کے لیے ایک کمیٹی اور ایک ذیلی کمیٹی قائم کرنے کا فیصلہ بھی کیا۔
