Pakistan speedily heading towards economic development: CM

LAHORE - Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has said the opposition is misleading the people about the economic development in the country.

In a statement issued here on Tuesday, the CM expressed the satisfaction that marked improvement had been witnessed in the stock market and other sectors.

 “A decrease in the prices of essential items has also been recorded; the wheel of the industry is moving fast and the agriculture sector has recorded phenomenal growth”, he observed.   He, however, regretted that the economic illiterate opposition was busy in point scoring about the national economy.

“As a matter of fact, this gang is bent upon obstructing the economic development of the country.  Pakistan is fast moving towards economic development and agitational politics would be equal to enmity with the country”, he stressed.

The CM reminded the Opposition of its failed plans of long march and resignations saying that the rapid economic development had unnerved them. “The dream of a new Pakistan is being materialized. All conspiracies of the opponents will be foiled, and Pakistan will continue to move forward”, he said.

The Punjab government has put all its emergency departments on high alert in the wake of inclement weather.  In this connection, Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has directed the administration, Rescue-1122, and other agencies to remain alert to save the lives of citizens.  The Chief Minister has also directed the line departments to monitor the weather situation for starting rescue operations in case of any untoward incident.

He has also expressed a deep sense of sorrow over the loss of precious human lives in different incidents and extended sympathies to the heirs.  The CM has also directed to provide the best treatment to the injured.   In a related development, the Punjab government is considering launching an air ambulance to cope with different emergencies.

Maulana Tariq prayed for the successes of CM Usman Buzdar and appreciated the steps taken by his government to ailing humanity. “Inner satisfaction lies in serving the humanity”, he said.

منگل کو یہاں جاری ایک بیان میں ، وزیراعلیٰ نے اس اطمینان کا اظہار کیا کہ اسٹاک مارکیٹ اور دیگر شعبوں میں نمایاں بہتری دیکھنے میں آئی ہے۔

اشیائے ضروریہ کی قیمتوں میں بھی کمی ریکارڈ کی گئی ہے۔ انہوں نے مشاہدہ کیا کہ صنعت کا پہیہ تیزی سے آگے بڑھ رہا ہے اور زراعت کے شعبے میں غیر معمولی نمو ریکارڈ کی گئی ہے۔ تاہم انھوں نے اس بات پر افسوس کا اظہار کیا کہ معاشی ناخواندہ اپوزیشن قومی معیشت کے بارے میں پوائنٹ اسکورنگ میں مصروف ہے۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ حقیقت میں یہ گروہ ملک کی معاشی ترقی میں رکاوٹیں کھڑا کرنے پر آمادہ ہے۔ انہوں نے زور دے کر کہا کہ پاکستان معاشی ترقی کی طرف تیزی سے گامزن ہے اور اجتماعی سیاست ملک سے دشمنی کے مترادف ہوگی۔

وزیراعلیٰ نے اپوزیشن کو لانگ مارچ اور مستعفی ہونے کے اپنے ناکام منصوبوں کی یاد دلاتے ہوئے کہا کہ تیز رفتار معاشی ترقی نے انہیں ناکام بنا دیا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ نئے پاکستان کا خواب پورا ہو رہا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا ، مخالفین کی تمام سازشوں کو ناکام بنایا جائے گا ، اور پاکستان آگے بڑھتا رہے گا۔

موسمیاتی صورتحال کے پیش نظر حکومت پنجاب نے اپنے تمام ہنگامی محکموں کو ہائی الرٹ کردیا ہے۔ اس سلسلے میں وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب سردار عثمان بزدار نے انتظامیہ ، ریسکیو 1122 اور دیگر ایجنسیوں کو شہریوں کی جان بچانے کے لئے چوکس رہنے کی ہدایت کی ہے۔ وزیر اعلی نے لائن محکموں کو ہدایت کی ہے کہ کسی بھی ناخوشگوار واقعے کی صورت میں امدادی سرگرمیاں شروع کرنے کے لئے موسمی صورتحال کی نگرانی کی جائے۔

انہوں نے مختلف واقعات میں قیمتی انسانی جانوں کے ضیاع پر گہرے رنج و غم کا اظہار کیا ہے اور ورثاء سے ہمدردی کا اظہار کیا ہے۔ وزیراعلیٰ نے زخمیوں کا بہترین علاج فراہم کرنے کی بھی ہدایت کی ہے۔ ایک متعلقہ پیشرفت میں ، حکومت پنجاب مختلف ہنگامی صورتحال سے نمٹنے کے لئے ائیر ایمبولینس شروع کرنے پر غور کر رہی ہے۔

مولانا طارق نے وزیراعلیٰ عثمان بزدار کی کامیابیوں کے لئے دعا کی اور بیمار انسانیت کے لئے ان کی حکومت کے اقدامات کو سراہا۔ انہوں نے کہا ، "اندرونی اطمینان انسانیت کی خدمت میں مضمر ہے۔
