Islamabad: Pakistan Post will set up online ‘KhuliKatchery’ (open court) for resolving the complaints of postal services clients today from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
According to an announcement by the Directorate of Pakistan Post, Director General Pakistan Post would listen to the complaints through online zoom meetings of the postal clients and will issue orders to concerned for redressal.
The initiative was taken on the special directives of Prime Minister Imran Khan and the Ministry of Communications and Postal Services.
The high-ranking officers based in all provinces including Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir would hold such courts.

ڈائریکٹوریٹ آف پاکستان پوسٹ کے اعلامیے کے مطابق ، ڈائریکٹر جنرل پاکستان پوسٹ پوسٹل کلائنٹس کی آن لائن زوم میٹنگ کے ذریعے شکایات سنیں گے اور ان کے ازالے کے لئے متعلقہ افراد کو احکامات جاری کریں گے۔
یہ اقدام وزیر اعظم عمران خان اور وزارت مواصلات اور ڈاک خدمات کی خصوصی ہدایت پر اٹھایا گیا تھا۔
گلگت بلتستان اور آزاد جموں و کشمیر سمیت تمام صوبوں میں مقیم اعلی عہدے داران ایسی عدالتوں کا انعقاد کریں گے۔
