Pak-China aimed to complete the second phase of CPEC: FM Qureshi

Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said Pakistan and China are aimed to complete all projects of the second phase of CPEC as soon as possible.

While talking with Chinese ambassador Yao Jing, Shah Mahmood Qureshi stated that this mutual understanding of completing the projects as soon as possible was developed during Qureshi’s Meeting with Chinese Counterpart Wang Yi in Moscow.

"The long-lasting friendship of Pakistan and China has become an example in the world," Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi.

The foreign minister praised the Chinese ambassador's services to strengthen the relationship between Pak-China and was hopeful that the new ambassador would continue to work with the same pledge.

Qureshi also congratulated Yao Jing for receiving the Hilal-e-Pakistan award in recognition of his efforts for further strengthening the Pakistan-China relationship in diverse fields.

Earlier, Prime Minister Imran Khan highlighted that the CPEC project would be completed under any circumstances as the project was a guarantee for the bright future of Pakistan.

 “CPEC is an excellent project in terms of socio-economic development of Pakistan.” Prime Minister Imran Khan.

پاکستان کے وزیر خارجہ شاہ محمود قریشی نے کہا کہ پاکستان اور چین کا مقصد سی پی ای سی کے دوسرے مرحلے کے تمام منصوبوں کو جلد سے جلد مکمل کرنا ہے۔

چینی سفیر یاؤ جِنگ سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے شاہ محمود قریشی نے بتایا کہ منصوبوں کو جلد سے جلد مکمل کرنے کی یہ باہمی افہامہ ماسکو میں چینی ہم منصب وانگ یی سے ملاقات کے دوران تیار کیا گیا تھا۔

وزیر خارجہ شاہ محمود قریشی نے کہا ، "پاکستان اور چین کی دیرینہ دوستی دنیا میں ایک مثال بن چکی ہے۔"

وزیر خارجہ نے پاک چین کے مابین تعلقات کو مستحکم کرنے کے لئے چینی سفیر کی خدمات کی تعریف کی اور انہیں امید ہے کہ نیا سفیر اسی عہد کے ساتھ کام جاری رکھے گا۔

قریشی نے مختلف شعبوں میں پاک چین تعلقات کو مزید مستحکم کرنے کے لئے کی جانے والی کوششوں کے اعتراف میں ہلال پاکستان ایوارڈ حاصل کرنے پر یاو جینگ کو بھی مبارکباد پیش کی۔

قبل ازیں وزیر اعظم عمران خان نے روشنی ڈالی کہ سی پی ای سی منصوبہ کسی بھی حالت میں مکمل ہوگا کیونکہ یہ منصوبہ پاکستان کے روشن مستقبل کی ضمانت ہے۔

"سی پی ای سی پاکستان کی سماجی و اقتصادی ترقی کے حوالے سے ایک بہترین منصوبہ ہے۔" وزیر اعظم عمران خان۔
