NHMP holds E-Kutcheri’ to resolve public issues in Islamabad

During ‘E-Kachehri’, IG Inam Ghani answered the questions asked by the radio listeners and Facebook app all over the country/abroad and issued immediate directions to resolve the problems of the general public.

He said it’s our prime responsibility to keep motorways and highways safe for commuters. NHMP believes in equal and fair application of the law, strict enforcement on National Highways and Motorways to ensure the free flow of traffic.

In ‘E-Kutcheri’ IG, Inam Ghani said that he likes to have interacted with the public because they are our eyes and ears.

The driving licenses branches will soon be opened in all four provincial capitals so that people of remote areas can easily get driving licenses.

He categorically said that reward and punishment are very much important but the best reward for any officials or officers is timely promotion.

In addition, merit-based promotions and recruitments in the Motorway Police are in process and will be done very soon.

He appealed to the passenger and freight vehicles, drivers, to drive in their respective lanes to avoid any accidents and a campaign has been launched against lane violations of passenger and freight vehicles.

انہوں نے کہا کہ موٹرویز اور ہائی ویز کو مسافروں کے لیے محفوظ رکھنا ہماری اولین ذمہ داری ہے۔ NHMP قانون کے مساوی اور منصفانہ اطلاق پر یقین رکھتا ہے، ٹریفک کے آزادانہ بہاؤ کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے قومی شاہراہوں اور موٹر ویز پر سختی سے نفاذ۔

’’ای کچہری‘‘ میں آئی جی انعام غنی نے کہا کہ وہ عوام سے بات چیت کرنا پسند کرتے ہیں کیونکہ وہ ہماری آنکھ اور کان ہیں۔

چاروں صوبوں کے دارالحکومتوں میں جلد ہی ڈرائیونگ لائسنس کی برانچیں کھول دی جائیں گی تاکہ دور دراز کے علاقوں کے لوگ باآسانی ڈرائیونگ لائسنس حاصل کر سکیں۔

انہوں نے دوٹوک الفاظ میں کہا کہ جزا اور سزا بہت اہم ہے لیکن کسی بھی اہلکار یا افسر کے لیے بہترین انعام بروقت ترقی ہے۔

اس کے علاوہ موٹروے پولیس میں میرٹ کی بنیاد پر ترقیاں اور بھرتیاں جاری ہیں اور بہت جلد ہو جائیں گی۔

انہوں نے مسافر اور مال بردار گاڑیوں کے ڈرائیوروں سے اپیل کی کہ وہ اپنی اپنی لین میں گاڑی چلائیں تاکہ کسی بھی حادثے سے بچا جا سکے اور مسافر اور مال بردار گاڑیوں کی لین کی خلاف ورزیوں کے خلاف مہم شروع کر دی گئی ہے۔
