The School Education Department has launched a new service at your doorstep. Under the scheme, along with the school heads, the subsidiaries will also have to fulfill specific tasks.
According to the details, the school education department has launched a new service at your doorstep under which all the officers above will discharge their responsibilities at their respective levels. Educational institutions will be strictly monitored through the application, action will be taken on negligence and rewards will be given for the best performance.
Focal Persons have been deployed in 36 districts of Punjab under the Service at Your Doorstep program. These Focal Persons will play an important role in timely redressal and hearing of complaints received regarding school education. Tasks have to be completed.
According to the School Education Department Punjab, the performance of schools will be further improved and made more efficient for the service of the people. The departments will be given targets according to the needs of the people. Feedback will be taken directly from the public every week.
After strict monitoring of educational institutions through your doorstep application “Khidmat”, action will be taken against the underperforming districts.
سکول ایجوکیشن ڈیپارٹمنٹ نے خدمت ایپ سروس کا آغاز کردیا،منصوبہ کے تحت سکول سربراہان کے ساتھ ذیلی اداروں کو بھی مخصوص ٹاسک پورا کرنا ہوگا۔
تفصیلات کے مطابق سکول ایجوکیشن ڈیپارٹمنٹ نے خدمت ایپ سروس کا آغاز کردیا جس کے تحت تمام افسران بالا اپنی اپنی سطح پر اپنی ذمہ داریاں نبھائیں گے۔ ایپلیکیشن کے ذریعے تعلیمی اداروں کی سخت مانٹیرنگ کی جائے گی ،غفلت پر ایکشن و بہترین کارکردگی پر انعام واکرام سے نوازا جائے گا۔
خدمت پروگرام کے تحت پنجاب کے 36 اضلاع میں فوکل پرسن تعینات کردیئے گئے۔یہ فوکل پرسنز سکول ایجوکیشن کے متعلق موصول ہونے والی شکایات کے بروقت ازالہ اور رھنمائی کیلئے اہم کردار ادا کریں گے۔ سکولوں کے علاوہ اب ذیلی اداروں کو بھی مخصوص ٹاسک پورے کرنا ہونگے۔
سکول ایجوکیشن ڈیپارٹمنٹ پنجاب کےمطابق عوام کی خدمت کیلئے سکولوں کی کارکردگی کو مزید بہتر اور موثر بنایا جائےگا،ڈیپارٹمنٹس کو عوامی ضروریات کےمطابق ٹارگٹس دیئے جائیں گے۔ ہر ہفتے براہ راست عوام سے فیڈبیک لیاجائے گا جبکہ سرکاری اداروں کے علاوہ تھرڈ پارٹی فیڈ بیک بھی لیاجائےگا۔ خدمت ایپلیکیشن کے ذریعے تعلیمی اداروں کی سخت مانٹیرنگ کرنے کے بعد خراب کارکردگی والے اضلاع کیخلاف کاروائی کی جائے گی۔
