New constructions within ICT needs to get approved

Pakistan: According to the updated rules and regulations, Capital Development Authority (CDA) revealed out that now it is one of the must do’s for people to get their building plans and structure approved if they wish to get settled in Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT).

Capital Development Authority is a public benefit corporation responsible for providing municipal services in Islamabad Capital Territory.

It seems like CDA is active like never before and the authority has passed the instructions to Sui Northern Gas Pipeline to do not provide a connection to those who aren't permitted by the authority. Property owners can get a connection after receiving NOC.

This rule is an outcome of court orders just to ensure that people from different cities get their building plans approved.

On the other page of the book, the decision has been capped by the majority.
