MoU signed by ICCI and PASDEC for the promotion of the marble and granite sector

The MoU will ensure that technical support is provided to the marble sector by PASDEC for their planning, development, and execution phases for mechanized mining and processing facilities ensuring better growth. PASDEC will also be required to provide technical assistance to the investors and the business community, helping boost marble and granite exports. Following the suggestions of ICCI, PASDEC will assist the federal government to develop marble cities, machinery, and pool warehouses alongside other projects. Furthermore, multiple strategies and proposals for both sectors will be submitted to the government of Pakistan as well. It has also been decided to invite members of the ICCI for recommendations in the meetings related to policy formulation.

ایم او یو اس بات کو یقینی بنائے گا کہ PASDEC کی جانب سے ماربل س��کٹر کو میکانائزڈ کان کنی اور پروسیسنگ کی سہولیات کے لیے منصوبہ بندی، ترقی اور عملدرآمد کے مراحل کے لیے تکنیکی مدد فراہم کی جائے تاکہ بہتر ترقی کو یقینی بنایا جاسکے۔ PASDEC کو سرمایہ کاروں اور کاروباری برادری کو تکنیکی مدد فراہم کرنے کی بھی ضرورت ہوگی، جس سے ماربل اور گرینائٹ کی برآمدات کو فروغ دینے میں مدد ملے گی۔ ICCI کی تجاویز کے بعد، PASDEC دیگر منصوبوں کے ساتھ ماربل سٹیز، مشینری اور پول گودام تیار کرنے میں وفاقی حکومت کی مدد کرے گا۔ مزید برآں، دونوں شعبوں کے لیے متعدد حکمت عملی اور تجاویز حکومت پاکستان کو بھی پیش کی جائیں گی۔ پالیسی سازی سے متعلق اجلاسوں میں سفارشات کے لیے آئی سی سی آئی کے اراکین کو مدعو کرنے کا بھی فیصلہ کیا گیا ہے۔
