Motorway Valley Declared Illegal Housing Scheme by Faisalabad Development Authority

According to news sources, the FDA spokesperson said that Motorway Valley was developed near Chak No.5-JB Kamalpur without getting any permission from the FDA. They also mentioned that the developers also did not fulfill the code requirements related to the laws of private housing schemes in the province. The development authority also asked the private housing scheme several times to fulfill the legal requirements and get the society legalized but they didn’t bother to pay any attention.
