Minister Wants Work Expedited On Bridges

According to the news sources, A handout said the minister presided over a meeting to revive work on the projects during his visit to the National Logistics Cell head office in Peshawar.

Project Director National Logistics Cell Nadeem Ahmad, SPM National Logistics Cell Asif Ibrar, Director Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority Ejaz Ahmad, Deputy Director Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority Usman Shinwari, and other officials attended the meeting.

The minister was given a comprehensive briefing on Khayali Bridge, Michini Bridge, Mitra Bridge, Kababian Bridge, and other developmental schemes. Project Director National Logistics Cell Nadeem Ahmad briefed the meeting about the basic requirements and funding of the developmental schemes.

According to the details, Fazal Shakoor directed the Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority and the National Logistics Cell to complete the projects in the given timeframe. He said the use of high-quality materials should be confirmed in all developmental works so that the funds could be utilized properly. The NLC and PKHA officials assured the minister to complete the work timely.

The minister said the construction of the bridges would help address transportation problems faced by the people.

نیوز ذرائع کے مطابق، ایک ہینڈ آؤٹ میں کہا گیا ہے کہ وزیر نے پشاور میں نیشنل لاجسٹک سیل کے ہیڈ آفس کے دورے کے دوران منصوبوں پر کام کی بحالی کے لیے ایک اجلاس کی صدارت کی۔
اجلاس میں پروجیکٹ ڈائریکٹر نیشنل لاجسٹک سیل ندیم احمد، ایس پی ایم نیشنل لاجسٹکس سیل آصف ابرار، ڈائریکٹر پختونخوا ہائی ویز اتھارٹی اعجاز احمد، ڈپٹی ڈائریکٹر پختونخوا ہائی ویز اتھارٹی عثمان شنواری اور دیگر حکام نے شرکت کی۔
وزیر کو خیالی پل، مچنی پل، مترا پل، کبابین پل اور دیگر ترقیاتی سکیموں کے بارے میں جامع بریفنگ دی گئی۔ پراجیکٹ ڈائریکٹر نیشنل لاجسٹکس سیل ندیم احمد نے اجلاس کو ترقیاتی سکیموں کی بنیادی ضروریات اور فنڈنگ کے بارے میں بتایا۔
تفصیلات کے مطابق فضل شکور نے پختونخوا ہائی ویز اتھارٹی اور نیشنل لاجسٹکس سیل کو منصوبے مقررہ مدت میں مکمل کرنے کی ہدایت کی۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ تمام ترقیاتی کاموں میں اعلیٰ معیار کے میٹریل کے استعمال کو یقینی بنایا جائے تاکہ فنڈز کا صحیح استعمال ہو سکے۔ این ایل سی اور پی کے ایچ اے حکام نے وزیر کو کام بروقت مکمل کرنے کی یقین دہانی کرائی۔
وزیر نے کہا کہ پلوں کی تعمیر سے لوگوں کو درپیش نقل و حمل کے مسائل کو حل کرنے میں مدد ملے گی۔
