Minister directs affordable housing programs to be completed on schedule

Aslam Iqbal addressed the group and instructed that low-cost housing plans be completed on time. He also suggested that a focal person be assigned to the SMBR office to speed up such initiatives.

The government's top priority is the Naya Pakistan housing project, and he added that no obstacles will be accepted to the implementation of such plans.

Aslam Iqbal unexpectedly visited the LDA One Window Facilitation Center and other locations. Delays in addressing the real issues facing the populace must be accepted.

In Samanabad, Gulshan Ravi, Ferozepur Road, and the LDA Control Area, the LDA employees conducted operations against illicit commercial activities and sealed numerous illegal, unapproved, and licensed plots for illegal building.

According to Shakeel Anjum Minhas, chief town planner for LDA, the active buildings were sealed and removed because they were in violation of the maps.

The LDA team was escorted by the Enforcement Wing and the police throughout the operation.

سمن آباد، گلشن راوی، فیروز پور روڈ اور ایل ڈی اے کنٹرول ایریا میں ایل ڈی اے کے ملازمین نے ناجائز کمرشل سرگرمیوں کے خلاف کارروائیاں کرتے ہوئے متعدد غیر قانونی، غیر منظور شدہ اور لائسنس یافتہ پلاٹوں کو غیر قانونی عمارتوں پر سیل کر دیا۔
ایل ڈی اے کے چیف ٹاؤن پلانر شکیل انجم منہاس کے مطابق فعال عمارتوں کو سیل کر کے ہٹا دیا گیا کیونکہ وہ نقشوں کی خلاف ورزی پر تھیں۔
