Master plan for Gwadar approved says official

According to the reports, the director-general of Gwadar Development Authority (GDA), Mujibur Rehman Qambrani has said that the master plan of the port city has been approved and all problems, including NOCs for builders and developers investing in Gwadar, will be resolved soon.

According to the news sources, while addressing the members of the Association of Builders and Developers (Abad), he said the security problems of Gwadar had been resolved and a Gwadar Investment Conference will be organized soon. He said ABAD could play a pivotal role in the development of Gwadar, adding that the problems being faced by builders and developers would be solved on priority.

ABAD, s Senior Vice Chairman Hanif Memon said his association was all set to play an essential role in the development of Gwadar but problems of its associates like grants of NOCs and land title should be resolute immediately.

He further added that an automated one-window system should be installed for issuing NOCs and other related services by the Gwadar development authority.

Abad members had purchased land and got NOCs through proper channels but title issues were not resolved and these NOCs were canceled without assigning any valid reason. He added

نیوز ذرائع کے مطابق ایسوسی ایشن آف بلڈرز اینڈ ڈویلپرز (آباد) کے اراکین سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے انہوں نے کہا کہ گوادر کے سیکیورٹی مسائل حل ہو چکے ہیں اور جلد گوادر انویسٹمنٹ کانفرنس کا انعقاد کیا جائے گا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ آباد گوادر کی ترقی میں اہم کردار ادا کر سکتا ہے، انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ بلڈرز اور ڈویلپرز کو درپیش مسائل کو ترجیحی بنیادوں پر حل کیا جائے گا۔
آباد کے سینئر وائس چیئرمین حنیف میمن نے کہا کہ ان کی ایسوسی ایشن گوادر کی ترقی کے لیے ضروری کردار ادا کرنے کے لیے پوری طرح تیار ہے لیکن اس کے ساتھیوں کے مسائل جیسے این او سی کی گرانٹ اور زمین کا ٹائیٹل فوری طور پر حل ہونا چاہیے۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ گوادر ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی کی جانب سے این او سی اور دیگر متعلقہ خدمات کے اجراء کے لیے ایک خودکار ون ونڈو سسٹم نصب کیا جانا چاہیے۔
