Limited plots offered in OPF Town, Lahore on First Come First Serve basis

Lahore: The Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development has offered a limited number of residential plots in the Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) Town, Lahore at first-come, first-serve basis, as reported by the news sources.
The plots on offer are in sizes of 5, 6, and 8 marlas. As per the news sources, a 10% discount is also applicable; however, the conditions to avail of this discount have not been mentioned. The plots in OPF Town are available on a 2-year easy installment plan. According to this plan, 8 quarterly payments have to be made, and applicants are also required to deposit a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000 alongside their applications.
The plots on offer are only for those overseas Pakistanis who are OPF members. In order to avail the plots, the overseas Pakistanis are required to become members of the foundation. The membership procedure is quite simple and application forms are available at www.opf.org.pk where the submissions can also be made. This requires a bank draft payment of PKR 2,000.
OPF Town is a modern-day housing society equipped with the latest security system, wide roads, spacious parks, commercial area, and so much more. All the basic utilities of life are also available here like gas, electricity, water.
