LDA removes building plan fee for non-profit organizations

The decision came after the governing body of LDA exempted an institution wishing to set up a teaching hospital on Ferozepur Road from depositing the building plan fee. Moreover, the institution was also allowed to submit a building plan for the construction of a university near Manga Mandi.

The meeting was chaired by SM Imran, Vice-Chairman of LDA who decided to restructure the LDA’s Enforcement Directorate to ensure implementation of construction rules and protection of the authority’s assets.

In this regard, approval was given to appoint retired military officers and personnel as Director, Deputy Director, and Zonal Inspector.

یہ فیصلہ ایل ڈی اے کی گورننگ باڈی کے بعد فیروز پور روڈ پر ٹیچنگ ہسپتال قائم کرنے کے خواہشمند ادارے کو عمارت کے منصوبے کی فیس جمع کروانے سے مستثنیٰ قرار دینے کے بعد کیا گیا ہے۔ مزید یہ کہ اس ادارے کو مانگا منڈی کے قریب یونیورسٹی کی تعمیر کے لئے عمارت کا منصوبہ پیش کرنے کی بھی اجازت تھی۔
یہ اجلاس ایل ڈی اے کے وائس چیئرمین ایس ایم عمران کی زیر صدارت ہوا جس نے ایل ڈی اے کے انفورسمنٹ ڈائریکٹوریٹ کی تشکیل نو کا فیصلہ کیا تاکہ تعمیراتی قوانین پر عمل درآمد اور اتھارٹی کے اثاثوں کے تحفظ کو یقینی بنایا جاسکے۔
اس سلسلے میں ، ریٹائرڈ فوجی افسران اور اہلکاروں کو ڈائریکٹر ، ڈپٹی ڈائریکٹر ، اور زونل انسپکٹر کی تقرری کے لئے منظوری دی گئی۔
