LAHORE: To build urban infrastructure in a number of locations throughout the provincial capital, the Lahore Development Authority regulatory body has authorised the issuance of PKR 1.6 billion. (Reported by news source)
The allocated money, according to the specifics, would be used to upgrade the fundamental infrastructure in Lahore's suburbs, including the roads, electricity, water supply, and sewerage.
This goal is to raise living standards and accommodate the expanding population while avoiding congestion and traffic jams.
The government initially allocated Rs.1.2 billion for the project, but later boosted it to ensure its successful completion.
It was mentioned that the government had also requested that the funding be used to complete the ongoing development initiatives.

تفصیلات کے مطابق مختص رقم لاہور کے مضافاتی علاقوں میں سڑکوں، بجلی، پانی کی فراہمی اور سیوریج سمیت بنیادی ڈھانچے کو اپ گریڈ کرنے کے لیے استعمال کی جائے گی۔
اس کا مقصد بھیڑ اور ٹریفک جام سے بچتے ہوئے معیار زندگی کو بلند کرنا اور بڑھتی ہوئی آبادی کو ایڈجسٹ کرنا ہے۔
حکومت نے ابتدائی طور پر اس منصوبے کے لیے 1.2 بلین روپے مختص کیے، لیکن بعد میں اس کی کامیاب تکمیل کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے اس میں اضافہ کیا۔
یہ ذکر کیا گیا کہ حکومت نے یہ بھی درخواست کی تھی کہ فنڈز کو جاری ترقیاتی اقدامات کو مکمل کرنے کے لیے استعمال کیا جائے۔
