LDA lowers cost of housing units in Naya Pakistan Housing Project

According to the news sources, the development authority has reduced the cost of 650 sq. ft. single-storey housing units from Rs. 3.855 million to Rs. 2.224 million in the first phase of LDA’s Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme in Lahore.

Under the Phase-1, the LDA plans to construct 4,000 housing units for its employees. In other phases of the project, the LDA is also planning to have thousands of similar units. For this purpose, the LDA has also revised the PC-1 worth Rs. 9.917 billion.

The sources have revealed that the housing units have been planned to be constructed over a piece of land falling in the LDA City housing scheme. The apartment complex is reportedly being constructed on an area of around 8,500 kanal for 3,5000 units. The apartment complex would be constructed in a period of 3 years.

نیوز ذرائع کے مطابق ، ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی نے 650 مربع فٹ سنگل منزلہ ہاؤسنگ یونٹ کی لاگت 500 روپے سے کم کردی ہے۔ 3.855 ملین سے Rs. لاہور میں ایل ڈی اے کی نیا پاکستان ہاؤسنگ اسکیم کے پہلے مرحلے میں 2.224 ملین۔

فیز ون 1 کے تحت ، ایل ڈی اے اپنے ملازمین کے لئے 4،000 رہائشی یونٹ تعمیر کرنے کا منصوبہ رکھتا ہے۔ منصوبے کے دیگر مراحل میں ، ایل ڈی اے بھی اسی طرح کے ہزاروں یونٹ بنانے کا منصوبہ بنا رہا ہے۔ اس مقصد کے لئے ، ایل ڈی اے نے پی سی 1 میں ایک ارب روپے کی قیمت میں بھی ترمیم کی ہے۔ 9.917 بلین۔

ذرائع نے انکشاف کیا ہے کہ ایل ڈی اے سٹی ہاؤسنگ اسکیم میں پڑنے والی زمین کے ایک ٹکڑے پر ہاؤسنگ یونٹ تعمیر کرنے کا منصوبہ بنایا گیا ہے۔ اطلاعات کے مطابق اپارٹمنٹ کمپلیکس 3،5000 یونٹوں کے لئے 8،500 کنال کے رقبے پر تعمیر کیا جارہا ہے۔ اپارٹمنٹ کمپلیکس 3 سال کی مدت میں تعمیر کیا جائے گا۔
