LDA Has Decided To Register Real Estate Agents And Property Dealers To Prevent Fraud

LDA governing body for the year 2022 took this decision during its third meeting. The meeting was held under the chairmanship of vice-chairman LDA Naeem-ul-Haq on Thursday. It was finalized that SOPs were made mandatory for the registration of property dealers and real estate agents with LDA.

Digitalization and automation of LDA were also approved. The plot auction committee was also reorganized during the meeting and it was decided that a member of the governing body would be added to it.

The master plan of Lahore District-2050 was also decided to be handed over to the scrutiny committee which would be resubmitted to the governing committee after issuing public notice. This meeting was attended by Vice-Chairman WASA Sh Imtiaz Mehmood, MPA Sadia Sohail Rana, Engineer Amir Qureshi, Tariq Sana Bajwa, Additional DG (Headquarters) Faraqlit Mir, Additional DG Housing Qadeer Ahmed Bajwa, and Chief Metropolitan Planner Syed Nadeem Akhtar Zaidi

لاہور: اپنے شہریوں کو دھوکہ دہی سے بچانے کے لیے ایل ڈی اے نے پراپرٹی ڈیلرز اور رئیل اسٹیٹ ایجنٹس کو رجسٹر کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے۔
سال 2022 کے لیے ایل ڈی اے کی گورننگ باڈی نے اپنے تیسرے اجلاس میں یہ فیصلہ کیا۔ اجلاس جمعرات کو وائس چیئرمین ایل ڈی اے نعیم الحق کی زیر صدارت منعقد ہوا۔ ایل ڈی اے میں پراپرٹی ڈیلرز اور رئیل اسٹیٹ ایجنٹس کی رجسٹریشن کے لیے ایس او پیز کو حتمی شکل دی گئی۔
ایل ڈی اے کی ڈیجیٹلائزیشن اور آٹومیشن کی بھی منظوری دی گئی۔ اجلاس کے دوران پلاٹ نیلامی کمیٹی کی بھی تنظیم نو کی گئی اور فیصلہ کیا گیا کہ اس میں گورننگ باڈی کا ایک رکن شامل کیا جائے گا۔
لاہور ڈسٹرکٹ 2050 کا ماسٹر پلان بھی اسکروٹنی کمیٹی کے حوالے کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا گیا جسے پبلک نوٹس جاری کرنے کے بعد دوبارہ گورننگ کمیٹی کو پیش کیا جائے گا۔ اجلاس میں وائس چیئرمین واسا شیخ امتیاز محمود، ایم پی اے سعدیہ سہیل رانا، انجینئر عامر قریشی، طارق ثناء باجوہ، ایڈیشنل ڈی جی (ہیڈ کوارٹرز) فارقلت میر، ایڈیشنل ڈی جی ہاؤسنگ قدیر احمد باجوہ اور چیف میٹروپولیٹن پلانر سید ندیم اختر زیدی نے شرکت کی۔
