LAHORE: LDA is always finding ways to make property issues easier for citizens. This time Lahore Development Authority has come up with the idea of eliminating the condition of succession certificate for transfer of property to the legal heirs of a deceased.
Lahore Development Authority’s officials stated that the decision of eliminating the succession certificate was taken for the convenience of the citizen. Following the new rule, the Lahore development authority will now recognize and accept the original family registration certificate issued by NADRA.
NADRA issues a certificate for transferring property automatically to the legal heirs of a deceased person.
Lahore Development Authority informed that now the property will be registered in the shortest possible time. An official letter containing the implementation orders of this decision has already been issued.

لاہور ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی کے عہدیداروں نے بتایا کہ جانشینی کے سرٹیفکیٹ کو ختم کرنے کا فیصلہ شہریوں کی سہولت کے لئے لیا گیا تھا۔ اس نئے اصول کے بعد ، لاہور ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی نادرا کے ذریعہ جاری کردہ خاندانی اندراج کے اصل سرٹیفکیٹ کو تسلیم اور قبول کرے گی۔
نادرا نے ایک متوفی شخص کے قانونی ورثا میں جائیداد کی خود بخود منتقلی کا سرٹیفکیٹ جاری کیا۔
لاہور ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی نے بتایا کہ اب جائیداد کو کم سے کم وقت میں رجسٹرڈ کیا جائے گا۔ اس فیصلے کے نفاذ کے احکامات پر مشتمل سرکاری خط پہلے ہی جاری کیا جا چکا ہے۔
